I'm an Indie Artist working on my debut Album looking to sign with a Major Label.

Sherrima Queen born in Queens, New York is a Singer, Actress, Songwriter and Writer. Sherrima’s family moved to Philadelphia when she was six years old. ”The city of brotherly love is what shaped me, that’s why I believe unity of the human race is our destiny”.

Ms. Queen made her professional acting and singing debut at the tender age of seventeen at the Wilma theatre in the production of “ For Colored Girls who considered Suicide When the Rainbow was Enuf”.

Upon graduating from Temple University with a B.A. she moved back to New York to pursue a professional career as an Actress, Singer and Writer. “Acting, Music and Writing is my passion so I follow them like a lover that’s got me strung out.”

In 2004, Sherrima proved that not only is she talented in front of the camera but also a Director and Producer. Sherrima wrote the film “Eating Out”, which can be seen on youtube under Sherrima Queen.

“Dreams” a ten-minute stage play written and performed by Sherrima was chosen for the NAACP Theatre Festival in 2009.

Sherrima presently lives bicoastal in New York and Los Angeles.
